No. The site is completely free for consumers to use.
Who can put their properties on this system?
Only estate agents or property companies can place their properties
on the site. We do not list properties that are for sale privately.
Can I sell or buy a property directly on EstateAgentDirect?
No. At EstateAgentDirect it is the estate agent that is integral to
the transaction process and it is in your best interest to use their
expertise and services.
Is EstateAgentDirect an estate agent?
No. We provide a website on which agents advertise their properties.
How often does EstateAgentDirect get new listings?
Our site is updated daily - therefore we ensure information available
remains current and accurate. Under the listings description act, no
property that has been sold can continue to be advertised.
Does EstateAgentDirect only have homes to sell
or let?
Our listings offer a comprehensive range of both residential and commercial
properties. From flats, houses, farms and offices, all can be found
on EstateAgentDirect.
Why can I not see the full address of the property?
For security reasons, the full address of each property listed is available
only via the agent.
